Appointments
We understand occasional circumstances prevent you from keeping your scheduled appointment. If possible, please notify our office in advance if you are running late or unable to make your appointment. Our scheduling coordinators will do their best to re-schedule you promptly.
Insurance and Billing
Our office accepts Most Private Insurance carries. We also accept BlueCare, Amerigroup, and UHC Community Health Plan. Please call or email us with specific questions to your insurance company and plan. Please make sure to bring a copy of your current insurance card at each visit.
Payment Options
We accept checks, cash, Visa, American Express, MasterCard, and Apple Pay. Co-pays are expected at time of service. It is our pleasure to electronically file claims to your Insurance carrier. Deductibles and non-covered balances are expected to be paid in a timely manner.In the event you are unable to pay your balance prior to you next visit, we are happy to officer flexible payment agreement plans to assist you. Please contact someone in our billing office to arrange a payment agreement or with any questions you have regarding your account.
